What 30 minutes a day does

From bonjour to a real conversation.

Most language apps measure your time. Hady measures your fluency. Here's what tends to happen — assuming you actually show up.

Week 1

Greetings, ordering, the basics — but in real conversation.

You'll walk into Hady's café, order a coffee, and have your first uninterrupted French exchange. She catches every mistake without breaking flow.

Month 1

Talking about your life — your work, your weekend, your weather.

Your vocabulary is now contextual, not memorized. You think in shorter French phrases. Hady starts dropping the English scaffolding.

Month 3

Conversation, not translation.

You read menus, follow podcasts, hold your own in a real café in Paris. You stopped translating in your head about a month ago and didn't notice.

See her catch you

Real exchanges. Real corrections.

Three moments from production conversations. These are the bubbles you'll see when you sit at her table.

oui une cafe a creme chaude

Parfait ! Un café crème chaud, ça arrive tout de suite ! Petite correction : on dit « un café » — café est masculin, donc c'est « un café crème », et « chaud » sans le 'e' à la fin. Mais c'était très bien, Stéphane ! Tu veux une petite pâtisserie avec ça ?

Corrections

  • une cafe un café(grammar)
  • chaude chaud(grammar)
Vocab: pâtisserie
Two gender-agreement errors in five words. She catches both and explains why — without breaking the café flow.
comment allez vous?

Salut ! Je vais bien, merci ! Et toi, ça va ? Tu veux un café ?

Corrections

  • comment allez vous Comment allez-vous ? (ou : Comment vas-tu ?)(grammar)
Vocab: Salut (Hi) · Je vais bien (I'm doing well) · Et toi ? (And you?)
Missing hyphen on the inversion. She corrects, then offers the casual 'tu' form as an alternative.
dit on un crème ou alors une creme?

Excellente question ! On dit « un crème » — masculin. C'est un raccourci pour « un café crème ». Bizarre, non ? Mais oui, c'est « un crème ». Alors, tu en veux un ?

Vocab: un café crème · raccourci
A meta-question about gender. She answers AND explains the etymology in one breath, then loops back to the café.
je viens mangez de la bonne bouffe française

Ah, formidable ! Tu es au bon endroit. Petite chose : on dit « je viens manger » — l'infinitif après « venir ». Et « bouffe », c'est très bien, c'est du français vrai, du français de tous les jours. Bravo. Qu'est-ce qui te ferait plaisir ?

Corrections

  • mangez manger(grammar)
Vocab: formidable · bouffe (slang for food)
Corrects the conjugation, but compliments the casual register — 'bouffe' is slang and she knows it fits the room.

How she compares

Not a language app. Not a chatbot.

How she works

Three steps. No homework.

01

Sit down

Land in her café. Tell her your name. She remembers it forever. Thirty seconds, tops.

02

Talk

About anything. She adapts to your level in real time. Corrections feel like a friend gently catching you, not a teacher grading you.

03

Walk away

She closes the session with a summary — vocab you learned, mistakes you made, words to remember. Tomorrow she picks up where you left off.

Coming this month

Soon, you'll hear her.

Hady will speak with the voice of a native French speaker — warm, magnetic, recorded in studio. You'll close your eyes and forget you're talking to software. Premium and Founder Lifetime members get voice the day it ships, free.

FAQ

What people ask first.

Is this actually different from ChatGPT or Claude?

+

Yes. Hady runs on Sonnet 4.5 with a teaching engine layered on top — she diagnoses your level, adapts in real time, tracks your vocabulary and errors session-over-session, and stays in character as a Paris café tutor. ChatGPT can speak French, but it won't catch your gender slip mid-sentence and explain why "un café" is masculine.

I'm a complete beginner. Will I be lost?

+

No — that's where Hady actually shines. At Beginner level she uses ~75% French and ~25% English scaffolding, gives you full corrections, and walks at your pace. You don't need any French to start. You only need to want it.

I tried Duolingo and quit. How is this different?

+

Duolingo is a quiz app dressed up as a game. Hady is a conversation. You don't tap multiple choice — you write to her like a real person, and she writes back like a real person. The reason most people quit Duolingo is they were never actually speaking. With Hady you're speaking from minute one.

Will Hady have a voice?

+

Yes — voice is shipping in the next few weeks, recorded by a native French speaker. Premium and Founder Lifetime members get voice the day it ships, free. Starter members can upgrade anytime.

Can I cancel anytime?

+

Monthly plans (Starter and Premium) cancel with one click in your Stripe portal. Founder Lifetime is a one-time payment — no recurring charge, no cancellation needed, never expires.

What if my French is already advanced?

+

Hady detects this and shifts to 100% French, minimal correction, peer-to-peer conversation. She becomes a thinking partner you can argue with about a film, a book, or what your grandmother thinks of Macron.

Does Hady speak Spanish or Italian?

+

Today, only French. Spanish is coming next — a Madrid market vendor with the same teaching engine. If you want a heads-up when she ships, join the waitlist on the homepage.

Do you read my conversations?

+

Your conversations are stored encrypted and used only to track your own progress (vocabulary, errors, level). They're never sold, never used to train models, and never shared. If you delete your account, your conversations go with it.

Sit at her table.
The first conversation changes you.

Founder Lifetime is $299, once, forever. Only 100 of these will ever exist. After that, monthly is the only way in.
